We subscribe to the weight loss plan as it is closest to our home cooked meals which has minimal oil, fat and less salt. I enjoy the change of having pasta once a week and I hope the menu doesn't change as it gets boring eating rice for dinner 5 days a week.

Yummy and Nutritious

My hubby and I are first-time customers of YeYeah Delights, and we are thorougly pleased with the food quality. We have eaten the weight loss meals for almost a month now. Food is wholesome and healthy. We have peace of mind knowing what we eat is good for our body. The portion is just right though we were initially concerned that the portion was small. However, don't be deceived by the packaging. The fish and meat portion is, I would say, generous and at the end, we were very full. We liked that the fish and chicken was de-boned. We were delighted that the soup was extremely tasty, just as how our mothers would make - very homely feel. Overall, we love the clean taste YeYeah Delights offers and we can see they take great pride in cooking. My hubby is never a fan of healthy food, but even he gave two thumbs up to the taste! Imagine my surprise as I had to convince him to give YeYeah delights a try at the beginning, and he agreed to try for a month before deciding to continue long-term. He really loves the food and so with his approval, we are on board! To my delight, I have also lost some weight. Moreover, service was great. Quick replies received within a day or two. We plan to be repeat customers with YeYeah Delights.

Tasty meals and accomodative service

I was looking around for healthy home delivery for lunch as it was really difficult to find healthy meals around my office area after I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I took the weight loss 30 days meal plan + another 20 days meal plan. Though I was not looking to lose weigh while pregnant, I selected this meal plan because it catered brown rice, basmati rice, wholemeal pasta (low GI carbs) that I have searching high and low for. Yeyeah service has also always been very accommodative They had my meals delivered to my office instead of home address (other home delivery don't do this) and even have it delivered to my home address on days I am not in office. They even put in their best efforts to accommodate to my dietary needs because of my condition and I am please to say that my glucose level has been under control. The food is also very tasty! I even added additional meals for my husband when we are on leave on days when I have prenatal appointments and even he commented that the meals are tasty! Definitely will recommend Yeyeah to others and will be back for more when there is a need. Thanks Yeyeah!!!
